Our Board
Our Board is responsible for the governance and overall successful operation of Results. It is tasked with achieving the mission of Results, providing and implementing strategy, protecting reputation and values, and ensuring financial viability and compliance with contractual, statutory, and other legal obligations.
Chair - Terina Stibbard JP
Terina has spent over 25 years as a community development and inclusion leader both
internationally and in Australia. She has spent over 17 years working with communities in
Timor-Leste, PNG and throughout southern Africa to establish and support programs that
improve local capability and resilience across issues such as food security, inclusion, health, education, water and sanitation, and mitigating the impact of HIV and AIDS.
Terina has also held senior management roles in Australia delivering disability, community development and inclusion programs including group homes, supported open employment in addition to establishing development programs to build resilient and inclusive communities. She also facilitates the design and delivery of disability confidence training to increase capability within organisations to support open employment.
Terina has a Masters in International and Community Development, as well as a Masters of Profession Education and Workplace Training and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of
Company Directors. She is also a director on the board Women in Aid and Development.

Treasurer - Jeanmaree Furtado
Jeanmaree is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. She commenced her finance career in the audit division of a global professional services firm and has over 30 years experience, specifically within banking, credit, treasury, debt and equity capital markets and the Not- For-Profit sector. She is a Trustee of the Intelligent Foundation and is a regular volunteer for various charities and community groups.

Director - Marcus Marchant
Marcus Marchant is a senior digital and marketing executive using digital channels to create value, connect people and drive innovation. He is a Graduate of the AICD and sits on other not for profit boards in the innovation and business advisory sectors. Director since 2017.

Director - Rob Shwetz
Rob is Chief Commercial and Innovation Officer of media startup Disrupt Radio. Rob has over 20 years of executive experience in sustainability, media, publishing and advertising in Canada, Australia, Vietnam and Hong Kong. His expertise is communication innovation and creativity, marketing and communications across numerous sectors. Director since 2018, holding 2 additional NFP board roles.
Director - Manasi Kogekar
Manasi has over 12 years of experience supporting not-for-profit organisations in the Asia-Pacific. She is an empathetic and driven leader who develops inclusive partnerships and programs to enable local communities and not-for-profits to lead their own development initiatives.
Manasi has a proven track record of supporting grassroots organisations, social enterprises and international not-for-profits to build effective strategies, programs and funding streams to promote the voice, rights, and inclusion of women, children, youth, and people with disabilities across the Asia-Pacific region.
Currently, Manasi leads the Trusts and Foundations team at Macquarie University, where she leverages her expertise in strategy, impact measurement, and stakeholder engagement to supports researchers to secure multi-million dollar grants for projects that address pressing global challenges.
Manasi co-chairs the Board of Oaktree, a youth-run agency that aims to decolonise international development by supporting young people to drive sustainable change in their communities. She is also a Board Director of Results Australia, an organisation that advocates for increased government investment into global health, education and nutrition initiatives. Manasi volunteers her time as a mentor at Youth Off the Streets.

Director - Alexa Murray
Alexa is currently working as a Project Manager at the Burnet Institute, supporting the project implementation and management of vector-borne disease and tropical public health projects. She is an experienced international development professional having worked in North America, Australia, and the Asia-Pacific across a breadth of technical areas, primarily Tuberculosis, vector-borne diseases, and SRHR. She is committed to reducing inequities through advocacy and sustainable development.
Director - Annette Dal Pra
With over two decades of invaluable expertise across diverse industries including construction materials, media, FMCG, and Education, and a rich background in both private, ASX listed and multinational organisations, Annette brings exceptional proficiency in creating organisational value by leveraging human potential, technology, and data.
Her leadership in spearheading strategy, change, and digital transformation is founded in her commercial acumen and governance. Annette's passion for advocacy is evident in her commitment to fostering equity within society, notably through her efforts in educating women and youth in financial literacy. She actively mentors students and aspiring leaders, embodying her belief in empowering the next generation through education.
