After nine-months of patient, respectful campaigning, of meetings with MPs, letter-writing, and media article drafting, through a long federal election campaign and a frantic sprint to the finish, we know Australia have committed AU$220 million to the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria over the next 3 years and the Global Fund will reach its target of US$13 billion to save 8 million lives and make inroads to end the epidemics.
