RESULTS International (Australia) Incorporated (www.results.org.au) is part of an international, secular, non-partisan, grassroots advocacy movement of passionate, committed everyday people. Together they use their voices to inform political decisions that will bring an end to poverty.
RESULTS volunteers receive training, support, and inspiration to become skilled advocates. In time, they learn to effectively advise policy makers, guiding them towards decisions that improve access to education, health, and economic opportunity for those living in extreme poverty worldwide.

RESULTS is registered as a charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profit Commission (ACNC) and is incorporated as an association with the New South Wales Department of Fair Trading (NSW-OFT). RESULTS is also a member of the Australian Council for International Development (ACFID) and is a signatory to its Code of Conduct.
The Board and Chair of RESULTS are seeking to appoint a new Chief Executive Officer. Key objectives are to maintain and enhance RESULTS excellent reputation and credibility and grow its impact in advocacy to government and to diversify the organisation's income streams, growing gifts and grants from individual, company and organisational supporters and enhancing the public profile of RESULTS to secure new supporters and volunteers.
The CEO leads a team of 5 staff and will inspire and motivate staff and volunteers, and build strong, positive, and enduring national & and international NFP and industry partnerships to achieve RESULTS goals.
High caliber candidates will have experience in a senior leadership position, preferably in the not for profit sector. They will be a confident and persuasive speaker and demonstrate excellent advocacy/government relations skills and ideally have prior contact with volunteering programs. A track record in participating in income development programs is an advantage.
This high profile role is based in Sydney and provides a competitive package, international travel and outstanding opportunities to work with NGO leaders and Parliamentarians.
