Sarah, MPH BA, leads the Asia Pacific Initiative at RESULTS Australia. This Initiative focuses on the development of child health and tuberculosis advocacy in the Asia Pacific region by coalition building with stakeholders from the parliamentary, research, medical and community levels; and focusing on innovative finance.
Alongside this role she is the Head of the Secretariat of the Asia Pacific TB Caucus, the regional network of the Global TB Caucus. The Global TB Caucus is a unique international network of political representatives with support in more than 120 countries. Led by its members for its members, with the support of a dedicated Secretariat, the members of the Caucus work collectively and individually to end the TB epidemic.
Sarah sits on the Gavi Civil Society Organisation Steering Committee, is the regional focal point of the Global Coalition of TB Activists, and is on the steering committee of the Australasian TB Forum. Prior to joining RESULTS, Sarah worked in the HIV, sexual and reproductive health and rights, and sports for development fields in Government and NGO sectors in Australia, Swaziland, New Zealand and Kenya. She is currently based in Cambodia.
